VN – Vietnam

• Registered brand as trademark in Vietnam
• Developed presence in Vietnam with 100 salespersons and 1 office

PropNex Vietnam Management: Vo Dinh Khanh Duy (Tino), Aidan Wee, and John Lee

KH – Cambodia

• Entered into master franchise agreement
• Consists of 3 offices and 500 salespersons
